Forgot to Cancel Auto-Renewal (Monthly Membership)
If you’re on a monthly plan and forgot to cancel, email us within 3 days.
We’ll fully refund the new charge and stop the renewal.

❌ 因个人原因（例如不熟悉电脑操作、不了解如何使用网站）无法继续学习
No Refunds For:
– Changing your mind after purchase
