If you forget to cancel and get charged for a new month, just email us within 3 days. We’ll fully refund the new charge and help stop future payments. (Your first confirmed purchase is not refundable.)

Forgot to Cancel Auto-Renewal (Monthly Membership)
If you’re on a monthly plan and forgot to cancel, email us within 3 days.
We’ll fully refund the new charge and stop the renewal.

❌ 因个人原因（例如不熟悉电脑操作、不了解如何使用网站）无法继续学习
No Refunds For:
– Changing your mind after purchase
– Personal issues such as technical difficulties or lack of experience using the platform
