退款政策 | Refund Policy

一、关于“已使用学习账户”的说明

我们将以下行为视为“已使用”:
- 已观看视频课程;
- 已下载电子书(eBook);
- 使用过 AI 中文老师功能;
- 提交或接收过语音留言;
- 参与过线上口语俱乐部相关互动或功能。
一旦发生上述任一行为,即视为账户已被使用。此标准适用于所有退款条款的判断依据。

Your learning account is considered used if any of the following actions have been taken:
- Accessed video lessons
- Downloaded eBooks
- Used the AI Chinese Teacher feature
- Sent or received voice messages
- Participated in online speaking club sessions or related features
Once any of these actions have occurred, the account is considered "used." This applies across all refund policy conditions.

二、重复购买 | Duplicate Purchase

如在 24 小时内重复购买同一会员计划,请在 7 个工作日内联系 danliao@free-to-learn-chinese.com 申请退款。
“重复”是指同一账户、同一邮箱、购买相同的会员方案。

If you accidentally purchase the same membership plan within 24 hours, please contact us within 7 working days at danliao@free-to-learn-chinese.com for a refund. "Duplicate" means the same plan purchased by the same account and email.

三、操作错误 | Technical Errors

如因设备设置、网络问题或误操作等原因导致付款,但您的学习账户已被使用(如登录、观看课程或下载资料),我们将无法为您办理退款。
如账户尚未使用,您可提交申请,我们将尽快为您处理退款。

If the payment was made due to device issues, network errors, or accidental clicks, and your learning account has already been used, we regret that we are unable to issue a refund. If the account remains unused, you may request a refund, and we will process it promptly.

四、改变主意 | Change of Mind

若您因个人原因(如临时计划变动)希望取消购买,但学习账户已被使用,我们将无法为您办理退款。
如账户尚未使用,且申请在付款后不久提交,我们将尽快为您处理退款。

If you wish to cancel your purchase for personal reasons (such as a change in schedule), but your account has already been used, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund. If the account remains unused and your request is submitted shortly after payment, we will be happy to assist you with a prompt refund.

五、特价优惠购买 | Promotional Purchases

通过促销活动或限时优惠购买的会员计划,不予退款。

No refunds are provided for plans purchased through promotional or limited-time offers.

六、会员类型调整 | Membership Plan Adjustment

如果您购买的是年付或半年付会员,并在 购买后 7 天内 希望更改为月付会员,我们可以为您修改账户类型。
我们将从您已支付的金额中扣除一个月会员费用,并退还剩余部分。
超过 7 天后将不再受理此类调整申请。

If you purchased an annual or semi-annual membership and wish to switch to a monthly plan within 7 days of purchase, we can help adjust your account. One month's fee will be deducted from your original payment, and the remaining amount will be refunded. After 7 days, such adjustment requests will no longer be accepted.

七、自动续费退款 | Recurring Payment Refund

如果您已是会员,但忘记取消循环扣款而产生了最近一次的自动续费,我们将全额退款该笔费用。

If you are already a member and forgot to cancel your recurring payment, we will fully refund your most recent charge.

电脑操作问题:因个人电脑操作导致的购买错误,恕不退款。购买前,请核对信息并确保系统网络正常。

改变主意:购买后因个人原因取消,恕不退款

特价优惠参与者:参与特价优惠的购买,不予退款
