I will share one of my friend’s responses in today’s class. Perhaps what he said is exactly what you want to express. Let me read out his answer for everyone.

由于中国和我们国家在经济上有很多合作。所以，对我来说，学习中文不仅可以帮助我开阔眼界，而且我相信，随着中国在全球经济中的地位越来越高，掌握中文将给我未来的职业发展带来新的机会。”
“Given the extensive economic cooperation between China and our country, learning Chinese for me is not only a way to broaden my horizons, but I also believe that as China’s position in the global economy continues to rise, mastering Chinese will bring new opportunities for my future career development.”
